Thanks to our standardised methods and the investments we've made, we can guarantee
you the safest placement and the most responsible procedure.
As you could read in the preface of our safety-manual, the prevention of the spreading of
the human immune-deficiency virus (HIV), prevent the infection with the Hepatitis viruses
(HBV and HCV), tuberculoses (TBC) is our greatest concern.
Because there aren't any binding guidelines for the Piercing / Tattoo practice and there
is no form of supervision for the outside, it is our duty and responsibility to take the
initiative ourselves.

Autoclaaf type 'B'
Goal: sterilisation of pre-packaged instruments.
This class 'B' autoclave is appropriate for the sterilisation of complicated hollow (type 'A')
packaged instruments and cloth and meets the most severe demands of the European standard
"prEN13060/1-4".
Several piercing and tattoo instruments are complex hollow type 'A' instruments, of which
the autoclave is the only machine that guarantees the right sterilisation.
|
|
During each sterilisation the several fazes are registered and printed out.
The built-in PT100 sensor gets us a calibrated recording of the temperature.
The vacuum/steam-pressure check-up is done by a barometric compensated absolute measurement,
recording the pressure in mbar.
This fulfils the strict sterilisation succession of the European standard "prEN13060".

Garbage disposal
All the used needles are stored away in the yellow containers immediately after use.
The sit-in tattooist uses the yellow container put to his disposal by us. This
should avoid accidental pricking by a needle and prevents reuse of them.
